Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)Join a dedicated skilled nursing team in Olympia, Washington, as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) and make a meaningful impact on the lives of residents recovering from injury, illness, surgery, and functional decline. In this role, you will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans, assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, and independence, and accurately document patient progress in accordance with facility and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have an active Washington PTA license, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a skilled nursing setting. Experience in SNF, rehab, or geriatric populations is preferred.
