We’re looking for a high-energy Retail Account Manager to be the face of our brand. If you're passionate about delivering amazing customer experiences and crushing sales goals, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do:
Greet, engage, and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude
Learn our products inside and out to confidently answer customer questions and make recommendations
Drive in-store sales through product knowledge and upselling
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Be a team player—support your coworkers and contribute to a fun, positive atmosphere
What We’re Looking For:
1+ year of retail, customer service, or sales experience (preferred, but we’ll train the right personality!)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for helping people and closing sales
Energetic, reliable, and coachable
Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
