We aren't looking for people who are content with the status quo- we look for builders who question it, improve it, and occasionally rewrite it.If you're energized by solving complex systems challenges, excited to work alongside AI to amplify your impact, and motivated by the opportunity to shape what's next instead of simply maintaining what's been done before, you'll find your place here.QualificationsEssential Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering (or related field) with 15+ years of experience leading electrical hardware engineering, platform architecture, and infrastructure development initiativesDeep expertise in server and rack-scale electrical architectures, including PCIe Gen4/Gen5/Gen6, memory subsystems (DDR4/DDR5, HBM, RDIMM, MRDIMM), and high-speed signaling with strong SI/PI knowledgeExtensive experience designing and validating power delivery architectures, power distribution networks, voltage regulation, sequencing, telemetry, and platform management solutions, including BMC and system serviceabilityProven success leading complex hardware development programs from concept through production, with strong knowledge of validation, qualification, manufacturing, reliability engineering, and system-level root cause analysisDemonstrated ability to drive technical strategy across organizations, lead executive-level technical reviews and customer engagements, and influence cross-functional engineering teams to deliver business-critical outcomesDesirable Requirements:Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field) with expertise in AI/HPC platforms leveraging NVIDIA HGX, NVL72, GB200/GB300, B100/B200, and emerging technologies including CXL, PCIe Gen7, memory pooling, composable infrastructure, and rack-scale power/cooling architecturesHands-on experience with platform management ecosystems (OpenBMC, Redfish, PLDM, MCTP, IPMI), hyperscale datacenter deployments, advanced design and analysis tools (Cadence, HyperLynx, Sigrity, Ansys, ADS), failure analysis and resiliency methodologies, and collaboration with silicon vendors, ODMs, cloud providers, and strategic customersCompensationDell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
