Business Analyst Recruiting Manager - S&G

Lead, coach and develop a team of recruiters and Recruiting Leads responsible for identifying and hiring top Business Analyst talent Partner with the BA Recruiting Leader and BA Recruiting Leads to translate recruiting priorities and strategies into execution Support overall recruiting season management, including planning through execution, monitoring progress against goals, identifying risks and opportunities, coordinating across teams, and addressing emerging needs Build and maintain relationships with internal HR partners, Students & Grads teams, business stakeholders, and external partners as needed Provide consultation, share recruiting insights, and ensure strong connectivity across partners Contribute to recruiting strategy through innovative ideas, market insights, and recruiting practices Leverage recruiting data, trends, and insights to understand performance and inform recommendations Support executive-level reporting and communication as needed Guide and coach the team in sourcing and recruiting strategies and candidate management from initial engagement through offer acceptance Collaborate on forecasting, selection logistics, interviewer engagement, and interview readiness Stay abreast of early talent trends and innovative recruiting practices to improve recruiting effectiveness and candidate experience Leverage Workday and other recruiting technologies Requirements High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification At least 4 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting OR a combination of the three At least 2 years of experience in Client Management At least 2 years of experience in People Management Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred 5+ years of experience in Campus or Corporate Recruiting preferred 3+ years of experience in Client Management preferred 3+ years of experience in People Management, ideally leading a layered team, preferred Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring Experience analyzing metrics, trends and data and using them to inform strategic decisions At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in recruiting strategy, team leadership, and client management, with a strong focus on leveraging data and insights to enhance recruiting effectiveness and candidate experience.
