About the Role We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the operations and performance of our Harleysville, PA and Manville, NJ locations. This is a key leadership role responsible for team development, customer experience, financial performance, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who is comfortable managing managers, understanding financial results, solving problems, and driving accountability in a fast-paced service environment. Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations across both locations.
- Lead, coach, and develop operational managers and teams.
- Drive customer satisfaction and a consistent 5-star customer experience.
- Monitor P&L performance, revenue, expenses, and operating results.
- Establish and track operational goals and KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and service delivery.
- Partner with HR, Sales, Accounting, Safety, Marketing, Dispatch, Customer Care, and Warehouse teams.
- Recruit, develop, and retain strong talent.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, employee ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Support strategic initiatives and business growth.
- 5+ years of progressive operational leadership experience.
- Experience leading managers and operational teams.
- Experience with P&L management and financial performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service.
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, home services, trades, or field service preferred.
- Multi-location leadership experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Lead a growing, multi-location operation.
