ConstructingKC LLC is hiring a Deck Builder / Helper to join our crew.
We specialize in residential deck construction throughout the Kansas City area and are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual who is comfortable working outdoors and being part of a construction crew.
Responsibilities include:
- Building, repairing, and replacing residential decks
- Framing and structural deck work
- Installing composite and wood decking
- Installing railing systems
- Demolition and removal of existing decking/materials
- Measuring, cutting, and assembling construction materials
- Loading, unloading, and organizing materials and tools
- Maintaining a clean and safe jobsite
- Working efficiently with the crew to complete projects on schedule
What we're looking for:
- Construction, carpentry, or deck-building experience preferred
- Comfortable using common hand and power tools
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable and able to show up on time
- Able to perform physical construction work and work outdoors
- Willing to learn and follow direction
- Able to work well as part of a crew
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship
Pay: $20–$40 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time
Location: Kansas City Metro and surrounding areas.
