Physical Therapist (PT) – Full Time

Henderson Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, you will make a meaningful impact by helping patients regain mobility, independence, and quality of life through individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

You will work closely with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality rehabilitative services in a supportive and resident-centered environment.

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.

• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.

• Educate patients, families, and staff on restorative techniques and continued care strategies.

• Participate in staff training and interdisciplinary care planning.

• Current, valid Physical Therapist license in the state.

• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and assist with patient mobility.

• Ability to walk, stand, stoop, bend, push, and pull throughout the workday.

• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
