Engineering Manager

Engineering Manager (Solventum) 3M Health Care is now Solventum. Impact You'll Make in This Role Leads manufacturing and labeling engineering team to deliver projects on‑time to help achieve results in key operational metrics. Foster a continuous improvement culture, driving results in EHS, quality, cost, and service. Provides technical leadership and validation guidance related to existing products, new product development and product line extensions. Lead efforts to integrate advanced technologies and automation solutions to enhance labeling, packaging, and manufacturing processes to achieve operational efficiency. Coach and develop engineering team. Implements strategic capital, and operational plans for their group and the engineering department it supports. Your Skills and Expertise Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Operations Management, and/or Business Administration. Seven (7) years of combined experience in managing Engineering and/or Technical Services in a private, public, government, or military environment. Five (5) years of experience in a supervisory role in a private, public, government, or military environment. Work location Onsite, Irvine, CA Travel May include up to 10% (domestic/international) Relocation Assistance May be authorized. Compensation The expected compensation range for this position is $143,200 - $196,900, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
