Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Commercial Lines & Personal Lines Claims Consultant to join our clients' dynamic team. This critical role serves as the primary point of contact for all claims-related matters, bridging communication between clients, insurance carriers, account executives, and producers. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of both commercial and personal lines insurance claims, demonstrating exceptional analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.

As a Senior Claims Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire claims lifecycle, from initial reporting through final resolution. This position requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complex claims scenarios while maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders. You will play a vital role in protecting our clients' interests while ensuring efficient and effective claims resolution.

Key ResponsibilitiesClaims Oversight and Management

• Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial lines and personal lines claims from first notice of loss through final settlement
• Review, analyze, and process claims submissions ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policy terms and conditions
• Evaluate coverage issues and provide detailed analysis and recommendations to clients and internal teams
• Monitor claim reserves and settlement negotiations to ensure appropriate outcomes
• Identify potential subrogation opportunities and coordinate with carriers accordingly
• Track claims status and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the claims process
• Conduct thorough investigations when necessary to support claims decisions

Liaison and Communication

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, insurance carriers, account executives, and producers on all claims-related issues
• Facilitate effective communication among all parties to ensure timely and satisfactory claims resolution
• Coordinate with insurance carrier claims adjusters to expedite claims processing and advocate for clients' best interests
• Provide regular updates to clients regarding claim status, developments, and expected outcomes
• Collaborate with account executives and producers to address client concerns and maintain strong relationships
