Maintenance ManagerOur client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting Production, Engineering, and Facilities teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Maintenance Manager Location: McCook NE Pay Range: 100k– 115k/yr Relocation assistance approved!What's the Job?Supervise and lead Maintenance and Crib team leaders (up to 30 employees), including coaching, training, performance management, and employee developmentOversee equipment, facility maintenance, and preventive maintenance scheduling to ensure optimal uptime and efficiencyManage large-scale projects, capital submissions, facility upgrades, and contractor/vendor relationshipsDevelop and maintain budgets while driving cost control initiatives and supporting lean manufacturing effortsEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards while fostering innovation and continuous improvementWhat's Needed?5–7 years of hands-on maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC)Degree preferred but not required, along with strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skillsMinimum 4 years of supervisory experience with strong leadership skillsElectrical background with the ability to read and interpret electrical diagramsExperience managing budgets, capital projects, preventive maintenance programs, and large-scale projectsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex projectsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organizationWhat's in it for me?Direct hire opportunityWages of: 100,000 - 115,000 DOE + annual bonusLeadership growth opportunitiesFull company benefit packageOpportunity to manage large teams and drive operational improvementsExposure to capital projects, facility design, and advanced maintenance systemsStrong team-oriented culture with cross-functional collaborationStable role within a well-established manufacturing environment Manpower Inc
