Responsibilities:**

**
Market & Front Office Insights
**

• Conduct regular competitor scans across Singapore and Hong Kong Private Banks and Wealth Managers to understand client engagement approaches, campaign mechanics, and market practices.


• Conduct periodic regional research to identify trends and opportunities to improve customer engagement and conversion.


• Run structured focus groups with Front Office and Product Managers to understand the effectiveness of sales materials, digital engagement tools and supporting processes.


• Synthesise market intelligence and stakeholder feedback into clear insights and practical improvement opportunities.

**Client Engagement Process Governance & Performance Tracking:
**

• Govern and continuously improve the supporting processes for regional client engagement campaigns and digital engagement activities.


• Ensure clear ownership, effective hand-offs, consistent execution, and timely follow-through across markets.


• Review engagement performance to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.


• Work with Digital Engagement Managers, Product Managers, Front Office, and the Data Chapter to understand performance drivers and address recurring issues.


• Capture learnings from completed activities and translate them into improvements for future execution.


• Provide concise management insights on performance, key issues and actions required.

**Data & Capability Development:
**

• Partner with the Data Chapter to develop and enhance capabilities such as propensity models, customer targeting, and segmentation.


• Identify data, analytical, process or tooling gaps that may limit the effectiveness of customer engagement.


• Translate business and Front Office needs into clear requirements for the relevant teams.


• Support the development of practical frameworks, playbooks and tools that improve execution across markets.

**Ideas Central Adoption & Effectiveness:
**

• Monitor adoption and usage of Ideas Central, a platform that generates product-summary presentation slides to support the sales process.


• Gather feedback from Front Office and Product Managers on usability, relevance, and effectiveness.


• Identify barriers to effective usage and work with the relevant stakeholders to address them.


• Monitor material production issues affecting users and ensure appropriate follow-through.


• Use adoption and user insights to identify opportunities to improve the platform’s supporting processes and effectiveness.

**Requirements:
**

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with cross department and regional stakeholders


• Good sales acumen, with an understanding of how customer engagement, product positioning and sales enablement contribute to conversion.


• Highly detailed, organised and meticulous, with strong ownership and follow-through.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data and stakeholder feedback into practical actions.


• Comfortable working across both business and operational detail.


• Able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders across regional markets.


• Experience in Wealth Management, Campaign Management, Sales Enablement, Business Management or Transformation preferred.


• Highly competent with Excel and Data Manipulation
