Job Overview:
Express Employment has partnered with a growing mineral manufacturer in search of a Diesel Engine Mechanic. This is a direct hire role with great pay and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a full range of duties relating to repair, replacement of parts, mechanical adjustment, overhaul, and installation of mobile production machinery and equipment
• Use various hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments as necessary to perform job functions.
• Perform necessary repair, replacement and installation of air and fluid hydraulic
• Must be able to read and work from necessary prints, sketches, mechanical layouts, blueprints and equipment diagrams
• Ability to plan or help plan and layout repair or installation work within the ability of the Heavy Equipment Mechanic Class A

Qualifications & Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of vehicle electrical systems, engines, peripheral engine systems, and all their working parts
• Have strong analytical skills and adept in quick, critical thinking
• Basic Engines
• Hydraulics
• Diesel Technology
• Transmissions & Final Drives
