Job Summary
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) Iron River, Michigan. This position involves providing respiratory therapy services within a healthcare facility, covering a leave of absence, and working in a dynamic clinical environment. The role requires working day shifts, approximately 36 hours per week, with on-call responsibilities during the week and rotating holiday coverage.

Job Details

• Location: 1400 W ICE LAKE RD, IRON RIVER, MI 49935
• Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours (7:30 AM 8:00 PM), minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: ARRT license, High School Diploma or equivalent, 1+ year experience, MI respiratory license. Certifications include American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). NRP preferred.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include home sleep testing, Holter, EKG, event monitors, nebulizers, pulmonary function testing, patient education, OB deliveries, trauma/ Emergency Department coverage. Must be able to work independently, manage change, and handle high-pressure situations. Dress code is scrubs; no GSA during orientation week.
• On Call/Call-Back: Two to three nights per week at Iron River; no on-call required at Ironwood.
• Holiday Rotation: Every other holiday.
