This opportunity is based on a Warehouse Associate career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.Job DutiesLocate and verify parts against inventory recordsEnter part numbers, quantities, and condition notes into ExcelIdentify and report missing, mislabeled, or inaccurate inventoryLabel, tag, and organize warehouse stockAssist with receiving, put-away, staging, and order pullingOperate a tow motor and pallet jack as neededMaintain a clean and organized work areaSupport inventory audit preparation and documentationEducation RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.Experience RequirementsAbility to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation. Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required. Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments. Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.Preferred QualificationsPrevious warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred. Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate.Physical CapabilitiesAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
