We’re looking for Bartender professionals to join our culinary team in Girdwood, Alaska. What You’ll Do As a Bartender you’ll play an active part in maintaining the high level of service that our guests expect with their dining experiences and at our outlets on site. Your responsibilities will include: Prepare beverages ordered through point-of-sale system. Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks. Serve wine and draught or bottled beer, prepare espresso drinks to order. Perform inventory, turn orders into the manager to maintain inventory par levels, stock and prepare product for the bar. Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks. Learn menu items and daily specials. Work the floor in bar and lounge. Set lounge for service. Experience in a similar bartender setting preferred. Experience in a customer service setting. The ability to multitask while providing exceptional guest service.
