Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a RF Scanner for our client. This job is responsible for accurately tracking inventory using a handheld radio frequency (RF) scanning device. This role supports shipping, receiving, picking, and inventory control processes.
What’s a Typical Day Like?
- Use RF scanner to pick, pack, and verify orders
- Scan products into and out of inventory accurately
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks
- Perform order picking based on system-generated lists
- Ensure product accuracy and proper labeling
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
What Are the Requirements of the Job?
- Previous warehouse or RF scanning experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow instructions and order details
- Basic computer and scanning device knowledge
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout shift
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Reliable attendance and teamwork skills
- Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
- Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
- Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Communication skills
