Stay calm and professional when users have urgent technology needs. Enjoy teaching, mentoring, and helping less-experienced technicians develop. Experience We're looking for candidates with approximately 18 to 36 months of experience working in a similar IT support, systems administration, or technical services position. Equivalent experience through an apprenticeship program or demonstrated technical competency may also be considered. More important than checking every box is your ability to demonstrate that you have the technical foundation, troubleshooting ability, communication skills, and initiative necessary to succeed at this level. Compensation The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience, technical knowledge, demonstrated competencies, and qualifications.
