Operations/Service Supervisor (Bilingual)

Job Description

For over 50 years Mac's Janitorial has provided facility services to a wide range of mid-large commercial, school, and industrial clients in the Northeast. We seek a reliable, responsible, professional strong team leader to direct work of cleaning and maintenance employees during the 10am-6pm shift ,typically, but may vary.

Maintain strong relationships with clients and employees to ensure contracted services are completed and exceed expectations.

Previous supervisor experience in a service type business is needed.

Our benefits package includes Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, 401k with Employer Match and AFLAC products for all Employees working 25 hours or more. Paid Time Off after completing specific milestones. Salary+ Monthly Car/Phone Allowance!

Availability ASAP.

Wednesday- Sunday 10am-6pm
