We are seeking dependable General Production Workers to support the assembly and inspection of large industrial battery components in a modern manufacturing environment. This is an entry-level opportunity for candidates with manufacturing or production experience who are looking to build a long-term career with a growing company. All new hires will complete training on the day shift.

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable General Production Workers to support the assembly and inspection of large industrial battery components in a modern manufacturing environment. This is an entry-level opportunity for candidates with manufacturing or production experience who are looking to build a long-term career with a growing company. All new hires will complete training on the day shift.

Responsibilities

• Assemble industrial battery casings and components according to established procedures
• Operate production and assembly equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Use tape measures and other measuring tools to verify specifications and dimensions
• Accurately document production information and inspection results
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures
• Assist with material handling, workstation organization, and general production duties
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing or production experience
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for 8-10+ hours per shift
• Ability to train on day shift and transition to night shift
• Experience working in a production, assembly, or general labor environment
• Ability to use basic measuring tools, including tape measures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience

• Manufacturing assembly experience
• Quality inspection or quality control experience
• Experience operating production equipment or machinery
• Experience working with large industrial products or components

Schedule

Day Shift (& Training): Monday - Thursday, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM

• Night Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Enjoy a consistent four-day work week with three days off each week.

Work Environment

This position is based in a modern, climate-controlled facility in Weirton, WV. Employees work primarily on the production floor using standard manufacturing equipment and tools in a clean, well-lit environment focused on safety, quality, and teamwork.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Weirton, WV. The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
