A growing quick service restaurant organization is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to support daily operations, lead the restaurant team, and help drive consistent performance.

This is a hands on leadership opportunity for an experienced QSR manager who is ready to take greater ownership of restaurant operations and continue developing toward General Manager responsibility.

What You Will Do

• Support the General Manager with all aspects of daily restaurant operations.
• Lead shifts and ensure the team consistently delivers fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Coach, train, and develop managers and hourly team members.
• Hold employees accountable to performance, attendance, service, food quality, and operational standards.
• Monitor sales, labor, staffing, food costs, and other key restaurant performance metrics.
• Assist with scheduling and ensure appropriate staffing levels throughout the day.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee retention.
• Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, sanitation, and restaurant appearance.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, cash management, opening and closing procedures, and daily administrative responsibilities.
• Work closely with the General Manager to identify operational opportunities and implement improvements.
• Take ownership of the restaurant as manager on duty when the General Manager is unavailable.
• Help build and develop future restaurant leaders.

What We Are Looking For

• 2 or more years of restaurant management experience.
• QSR experience strongly preferred.
• Experience as an Assistant Manager, Shift Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of high volume restaurant operations, labor management, food safety, customer service, and shift execution.
• Proven ability to coach and develop hourly employees and emerging managers.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to lead by example and maintain accountability while building a positive team culture.
• Comfortable working flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, hands on, and willing to step in wherever the operation needs support.
• Stable employment history with demonstrated progression in restaurant leadership.
