FP&A Finance Manager - Starbucks Joint Venture

Finance ManagerWe are seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager to lead key financial processes for Starbucks Ready-to-Drink (North American Coffee Partnership) with a primary focus on FP&A. This role will partner with key cross-functional partners across both Starbucks and PepsiCo organizations and be responsible for the ESP, AOP, and Close/Forecast processes. Additionally, the role will support one Starbucks Senior Financial Analyst.Responsibilities:FP&A: Lead development of the NACP annual operating plan, close, forecast, and strategic financial plans with cross-functional stakeholdersManage NACP integration across both Starbucks and PepsiCo business planning calendarsDevelop and distribute all required NACP reporting establishing content, format, frequency and distribution schedulesWork with cross-functional teams to improve processes, set targets, develop plans, conduct analyses, and measure resultConsult with senior management to identify process gaps, present data and propose solutionsPartner with Accounting to ensure close processes are conducted timely and accuratelyConduct ad hoc analyses as needed to support operational decision-makingPrepare executive-level presentations and reports to communicate key insights and status updates to senior leadership for decision-makingFinance Process Improvement and Digitalization: Champion finance process improvements and leverage technology to modernize NACP finance functionTeam Development and Leadership: Manage one direct report with a focus on clear priorities, accountability, and professional developmentProvide mentorship and training to team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and developmentDeliver timely feedback, offer thought leadership, and ensure the team's skills are aligned with evolving business needsExecutive-Level Engagement: Prepare high-quality presentations and conduct meetings with key stakeholdersBuild strong relationships with Division Finance, Sector Finance, and other cross-functional partners to drive collaborative resultsCompensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $110,700 - $185,250. Location confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
