The salary range for this position is $38.50 - $61.60 (Hourly Rate) Placement within the salary range is dependent on several factors such as relevant work experience and internal equity. Responsibilities Serves as an access point resource for physicians, staff, and patients. Assists with the most appropriate level of care and admission status. Applies approved criteria and guidelines in decision making, as well as managed care rules and practices. Ensures a smooth admission experience for patients by coordinating clinical needs with operational processes and insurance benefits. Qualifications Required At least two to five years patient care experience in a hospital setting Ability to multi-task and process multi-factoral stimulation accurately BSN required for all new hires as of 1/1/2011
