Technical Program Manager

To support and enhance the Siemens Teamcenter and NX environment, the full-time contract Technical Program Manager will manage operational health, lead Agile ceremonies, and partner with stakeholders to drive system improvements in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Manage the operational health of the Teamcenter/PLM environment, including monitoring incidents and SLA performance Lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives Coordinate the delivery of new features and system enhancements from planning through implementation Required qualifications Experience managing enterprise application development or enhancement projects as a Technical Program Manager or similar role Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies; Scrum Master experience or certification is a plus Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings, gathering requirements, and documenting specifications Proven ability to manage operational support alongside project delivery in a production environment Experience with Siemens Teamcenter or other PLM platforms
