Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Utility Associate in Walton, KY!
Utility Associate Job Details
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - Finish (Must be available to work a split shift of 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM if needed)
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Location : Walton, KY
Overtime : Mandatory when required
Utility Associate Requirements/Qualifications

• Ability to work in a wet, refrigerated, and freezer environment
  
• Ability to lift 30 lbs. consistently
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
  
• Ability to work mandatory overtime as needed
  
• Must be available to work a split shift if required
  
• Ability to follow directions, standard procedures, and work instructions
  
• Ability to solve routine problems while following established procedures
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Ability to operate powered industrial vehicles and other warehouse equipment preferred
  
• Ability to hear warehouse warning signals and alarms
  
• Steel toe boots required
  

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  
• Clean production and warehouse areas by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming
  
• Remove trash, debris, and packaging materials throughout the facility
  
• Assist multiple departments as needed to support daily operations
  
• Help maintain USDA and food safety standards throughout the facility
  
• Work in refrigerated and freezer environments
  
• Clean hallways, walkways, stairs, and designated work areas
  
• Operate cleaning equipment and other assigned tools safely
  
• Follow all company safety and sanitation procedures
  
• Perform additional duties as assigned
  

• Monday-Friday schedule with occasional Saturday work
