Talento Search Group has an opening for a Sanitation Manager in the Cleveland, Ohio area.  This is a direct-hire position and the salary range is about $75,000-90,000 per year, depending on experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Adhere to company and federal regulatory guidelines
• Oversee sanitation department for a 24/7 plant
• Oversee budget for department
• Plan and oversee vendors
• Train, plan, assign, and direct work
• Perform performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and address employee issues
• Attend company meetings
• Report malfunctioning equipment to maintenance
• Assist with cleanings at times

Experience Needed:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field is preferred
• At least 5 years of sanitation management in food manufacturing is preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
