Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Monroe, NY
Stern at Home Therapy is expanding into Monroe, NY, and we're looking for a passionate PTA full-time or part-time to join our growing team. You'll bring rehabilitation directly to patients in the comfort of their homes, with a supportive clinical team behind you every step of the way.
Compensation Full-Time
Earn $58,000$105,300 depending on your employment type and patient volume.
- W2 Salary: $58,000$75,000/year (may increase based on patient volume)
- W2 Tiered: $35$50 per visit, rate increases with weekly volume
- 1099 Tiered: $50$60 per visit, with earning potential up to $105,300/year

What you'll do:
- Deliver skilled PT treatments in patients' homes across the Monroe area
- Work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist (including remote supervision)
- Build relationships with a consistent patient caseload
- Complete documentation using our streamlined process
- Coordinate with patients, families, and the broader care team
What we're looking for:
- Active New York PTA license
- Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Passion for delivering patient-centered care
