Qualifications:

• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• State certification suitable for school-based SLP positions
• Experience with pediatric and elementary populations in educational or healthcare settings
• Strong understanding of individualized student needs and IEP documentation
• Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team
• Eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) supervision, if applicable

Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy services to a diverse elementary caseload while rotating between two campuses
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and develop clear, actionable treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based interventions that foster student growth in speech, language, and communication
• Maintain accurate, timely student records and contribute to IEP meetings
• Communicate progress and collaborate effectively with families, teachers, and fellow specialists
• Adapt therapy approaches to accommodate a variety of learning styles and abilities
