Honcho Fuego Bar PositionEnsuring cleanliness of the bar area including bar supply storage areas, preparing vacated bar space for new guests, maintain a well-stocked bar area to expedite guest service and assisting bartenders as needed.The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Removes all dishes and other items from bar following the mealCleans and prepares bar area for new guests in accordance to the Joint's standardsPerforms opening, closing and ongoing cleaning side work as assignedAssists bartending staff by answering guest questions, pre-bussing, refilling N/A beverages etc. to ensure quality guest experienceChanging out empty kegs and maintenance of beer and returnable storageSupports bartending and waitstaff in other duties as requiredStocking and preparing bar suppliesPerforms other work-related duties as assignedMinimum qualifications (knowledge, skills, and abilities) include:Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy items (dishes, tubs, etc.)Previous restaurant experience strongly preferredHigh energy and stamina are requiredAbility to stay calm and work efficiently under pressureAbility to prioritize job duties and manage time effectivelyStrong verbal communication skills requiredWillingness to work evenings and weekends as requiredExcellent customer service to treat patrons like familyAbility to read menus, safety documents, and other work-related documentsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
