Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced CDL Class A Truck Driver to safely transport heavy equipment and

materials in the Greater Chattanooga area. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay

and benefits package. We are looking for a reliable professionals to join our team and contribute

to the successful completion of site development and infrastructure projects.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $31.00 – $35.00 per hour (based on experience).
Overtime: Opportunities for overtime pay (1.5x).
Holiday Pay: Paid holidays included.
Holiday Premium: Double-time (2x) pay for any work required on holidays.
Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrued vacation and personal days.

Responsibilities

Perform daily inspections of Semi-Tractor, Dump Trucks, and trailers and perform basic preventative repairs.
Safely load, secure, and transport construction equipment and materials.
Operate dump trucks to haul materials or equipment to and from job sites.
Adhere to all OSHA and company health and safety protocols.

Requirements

Experience: 3+ years of experience in a construction environment of CDL driving.
License/Certification: Must hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) to operate manual and automatic transmissions with clean Motor Vehicle Record. Ability to obtain valid DOT medical card.
Transportation: Must have a reliable means of transportation to and from various job sites and to shop in Dayton, TN
Reliability: Strong attendance record and a commitment to completing projects on schedule.
Physical Ability: Capable of working in outdoor conditions and physically lift and pull heavy duty transport chains and binders.
