Responsibilities include:

- Developing IT roadmaps and schedules

- Tracking program risks and mitigations

- Documenting modernization forums

- Building spend plans and monthly status reports

- Project documentation and presentations

- Leading Agile/Scrum processes

- Developing communications plans

- Leveraging enterprise IT initiatives and multi-cloud services

- Briefing engineering documents

- Supporting technical and architectural discussions

- Planning and documenting technology changes

- Implementing and managing network and data-transfer infrastructure

- Monitoring audit logs

- Accreditation documentation

- O&M support

- Managing complex IT programs

- Preparing program plans and budget plans

- Translating business functions to IT requirements

- Preparing proposals for engineering boards

- Evaluating cloud strategies

- Designing and maintaining network environments

- Configuring servers and workstations

- Cyber defense and network security architecture

- Leading Scrum teams

- Writing and editing technical documents
