CT Technologist – Radiology

Schedule: 3x12 variable shifts (Full Time Weekend)

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited program
• Less than 1 year of experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or BLS within 30 days of hire/transfer
• Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Computed Tomography (CT)
• Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiography (R) or Nuclear Medicine (N)
• Licensed by the state as a Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform CT procedures on patients as requested by a physician or licensed provider to diagnose disease and injury.
• Follow established protocols during the execution of CT procedures.
• Operate imaging equipment and ensure proper patient positioning for maximum diagnostic quality.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement processes.
