Attorney Insurance Defense ( Hybrid )

Zelms Erlich Lenkov has an opening in California for a litigation attorney. Depending on the attorney's experience, the attorney will be responsible for managing a caseload and working independently on cases from beginning to end with partner oversight. Zelms Erlich Lenkov is a dynamic, rapidly growing law firm operating in California, Arizona, Texas, New York, New Jersey and New Mexico. Responsibilities:
- Manage a litigation caseload, handling cases from beginning to end
- Ability to communicate with clients orally and in writing
- Ability to respond to discovery, research, write motions and take and defend depositions
- Comfortable handling court appearances
- Negotiating settlements
- Daily time entry
Qualifications:
- License to practice law in CA
- Civil litigation, insurance defense (preferred)
- at least 3 years of law practice experience
- Comfortable working remote/independently
- Strong ethics and professionalism
- Organized with attention to details
