Manager, Business Analytics & Data Enablement

Baxter seeks a Manager of Business Analytics & Data Enablement to lead analytics strategy, data governance, and reporting capabilities for the Respiratory Health business in St. Paul, Minnesota. The role combines data expertise with team leadership to translate business priorities into scalable data solutions and actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary business intelligence and data strategy partner for Respiratory Health, aligning analytics with business objectives
Develop and manage analytics, reporting, and data warehouse roadmap aligned with organizational goals
Lead development of KPI frameworks and performance reporting to enable data-driven decision-making
Establish and oversee data governance, data quality, and validation practices across enterprise environments
Lead, coach, and develop high-performing Business Intelligence and Data Enablement team

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
6+ years experience in business analytics, business intelligence, data warehousing, or related disciplines
Experience leading analytics, reporting, or business systems teams
Strong SQL expertise and knowledge of relational and dimensional data modeling
Experience with cloud data platforms and enterprise-scale data solution design
Healthcare, reimbursement, or regulated environment experience preferred

Compensation: $128,000 - $176,000 base
