Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts
Shift Timing: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
On-Call: 5–8 days per month

Position Overview
Norman Regional Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Endoscopy Lab team. The RN will provide quality patient care to individuals undergoing endoscopic and gastrointestinal procedures, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and appropriate monitoring throughout the procedural process.

Key Responsibilities
Perform pre-procedure nursing assessments and prepare patients for scheduled endoscopic procedures.
Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing endoscopic and gastrointestinal procedures.
Assist physicians and procedural teams during endoscopic procedures.
Monitor patients' vital signs and clinical condition throughout procedures.
Administer medications as prescribed and within the scope of nursing practice.
Provide post-procedure monitoring and recovery care.
Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
Maintain accurate nursing documentation and follow infection prevention and patient safety protocols.
Educate patients regarding procedures, recovery, and discharge instructions.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Requirements
Active Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) license at the time of submission.
Previous Endoscopy and/or procedural nursing experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, patient monitoring, and communication skills.
Ability to work scheduled day shifts and participate in 5–8 days of on-call coverage per month.
