2ND SHIFT LONG TERM OPPORTUNITY, LOTS OF ROOM FOR GROWTH!

Position: Corepack Tester / Repair Operator

Location: Bartlett

Hours: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM (Must be able to work until 2:00 AM)

Pay: $20.00 / hour

PERFECT FOR MECHANICALLY INCLINED CANDIDATES

Prerequisites:

Must pass entry test at 70%

Previous experience with working with mass spectrometer and visually inspecting parts PREFERED but not required

Experience using finger sander, metal files, hammer, and common hand tools

Good English: Must be able to read technical English, speak, and understand English well

Safety-oriented / Quality-oriented / Punctual and reliable, good attendance / Good attitude

Key Responsibilities:

-Check condition of rubber seals and determine if replacement is necessary.

-Operate automated machines: load and unload parts and monitor machine operation for equipment malfunctions.

-Notify personnel and supervisor of equipment issues or malfunctions.

-Perform quality inspections on coolant ports and vent ports to ensure no weld spatters are present. Rework any weld spatters found.

-Visually inspect components for flex and use a finger sander to make repairs as needed.

-Use compressed air to blow out excess water.

-Complete complicated quality recording forms for Underwater test station.
