Are you looking for a career to replace your job? Our agency is looking for an experienced sales representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling products to customers utilizing phone and email. You will be responsible for understanding their needs to offer products that can help them achieve their personal goals. Your prior experience in the industry will help you provide an exceptional experience to our customers. If you are an active listener, quickly build rapport with customers, are motivated, and are invested in your growth and success, this is the perfect position for you.
Responsibilities
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.
Develop and maintain client relationships.
Requirements
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Professional phone etiquette.
Career-minded vision.
Successful sales background.
Be capable of handling customer rejection.
