Full-spectrum emergency care including trauma, cardiac, stroke, and critical cases. Perform advanced procedures: intubation, central lines, chest tubes, fracture reduction, defibrillation. Collaborative ED team with nursing, EMT, and specialist support. Participation in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. Teaching and mentorship opportunities. Leadership role in a fast-paced, high-acuity emergency department. Four-season recreation including skiing, hiking, and fishing. Family-friendly community with strong schools and low congestion.
