Packer PositionAs a Packer, you are responsible for processing high-quality fresh fish to fulfill customer orders in a timely and accurate manner. This role also requires maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.Hours:Sunday-Thursday 5AM-3PM (Over time very commonly available)Must have availability for Saturdays & Sundays (overtime)Compensation & Benefits:Starting pay: $17.50 per hour, with a.50 cent increase after 3 months.Competitive benefits package401(k) match available after 1 year of employment.Duties and Responsibilities:Package product with speed and accuracy to meet production standardsPlace fish fillets and portions onto conveyor belts and processing equipmentPack finished products into casesFollow written and verbal instructions effectivelyWork collaboratively with team members and support overall production goalsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the work areaWork Environment:Production area with cold temperatures (35–40°F); appropriate warm clothing is requiredFast-paced, production-driven environmentProvided cold gear and steel toe boots.Qualifications:Minimum of 1 year of warehouse or production experience preferredAbility to work in a team-oriented environment and follow directionsBilingual preferred but not needed.
