Key Qualifications:

• Active COTA certification and licensure within Arizona
• Experience in pediatric or school-based occupational therapy preferred
• Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate closely with therapists, educators, and related service providers

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver approximately 3 hours of direct occupational therapy services to students weekly
• Allocate additional time for IEP-related support, accurate documentation, and planning
• Work closely with staff, including collaborating with Dr. Bonner and the broader educational team
• Support students’ functional and academic success through therapeutic strategies
• Accurately record session notes, progress updates, and assess therapy outcomes
• Participate in meetings and contribute to goal-setting for student care
