This experience may have been gained in the federal government, a state or local government, a non-profit organization, the private sector, or as a volunteer; however, your resume must clearly describe at least one year of specialized experience. Specialized experience for this position includes:Coordinating or overseeing the support of mission requirements and procurement actions;Incorporating policy or regulations that impact procurement concerns with regards to an agency;Providing leadership, staff coordination, or consultation for an acquisition/procurement team (e.g. formulating project plans, guidelines, improving processes, and implementing new developments);Developing acquisition strategic plans or initiatives to meet acquisition requirements.Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
