Your Mission

We are looking for a great Front-end developer who is proficient with Javascript. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and front-end applications. You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.

Back-End:

• .NET Core for building scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.
• SQL Server with Entity Framework for data storage and access.
• Identity Server for secure authentication and authorization.

Front-End:

• ReactJS, TypeScript for Web applications.
• Electron, Node.js, Angular 2+, ReactJS for desktop applications.
• React Native for mobile application.

• Storage & Databases: S3, ElasticCache, OpenSearch, Transfer Family.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Be owner and fully control at least one area/ one service from scratch, including solution, architect, screen flow and screen design, detailed design, coding, code review, deployment, monitoring and technical support.
• Involve into the PRD discovery phase, be able to clarify & understand the business problem.
• Be able to identify boundaries and create architectures to build fast, secure, maintainable and easy to use systems.
• Be able to discuss with the backend team to define data models and API endpoints to best serve our business needs.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Be able to identify impacted areas/services and scope of testing to prevent any degradation.
• Deliver high quality code following best practices for better performance, security, user experience, and reusability.
• Be able to define, implement and execute unit testing.
• Answer and explain the business question and business logic in the own area/ service.
• Proactive in monitoring, detecting, and forecasting issues, discussing solutions, and following up. Also, be able to monitor customer behavior to identify UI/UX issues.
• Be able to optimize the front-end performance and UX.
• Define, review, and implement source code refactoring.
• Be able to debug and fix nasty bugs, technical support issues, and explain the issue to non-tech users.
• Support and coaching for at least 2 junior members, or open a training session for members in a team, group, or company.
• Has ability to collaborate smoothly cross team, cross group, cross department to get things done in a timely manner with optimal solutions.
• Be a person that others come to ask for solutions or advice.
• Show the ownership & responsibility.

Who We're Looking For

• 5+ years of relevant experience (or demonstrated rapid technical growth if fewer years).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Strong experience in one of the JavaScript libraries/frameworks (Electron, ReactJS, Angular, Vue.js) and understanding its core principles.
• Experience with popular ReactJS workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
• Expert in HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience in performance optimization for Front-end application is a plus.
• Experience in Security and Pentest is a plus.
• Experience in Micro Front-end is a plus.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Ability to self-learn and adapt to new business and technologies quickly.
• Ability to use AI in your daily jobs.
• Ability to training and coaching for Junior Developers is a plus.
• Intermediate English communication skills.
