Job Details:

• Certifications: BLS, ARRT (R), ARRT (CI or VI), RCIS/CCI
• Trauma Level: Level 1
• Facility Specific Job Notes:

**Required Experience and Skills:** - 12 months of vascular procedure experience in a hospital or medical center setting - Scrub, circulate, and monitor experience - Cardiac Cath Lab/CCL experience in a hospital or medical center setting - Current or prior experience supporting Operating Room procedures - Peripheral vascular experience **Preferred Experience:** - Level I trauma experience **Licensure and Certifications:** - Active ARRT (R) [required] - ARRT (CI or VI) [highly preferred] - RCIS/CCI [nice to have] - Iowa Radiology license [highly preferred], with consideration for licensing candidates - AHA/Active American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS [preferred] **Profile and Documentation Requirements:** - Work history/resume/employment history must have 12 months of current interventional vascular/IR lab experience - Skills Checklist specific to the discipline listed on the job (interventional vascular/IR lab) - Professional Reference/Reference Check from within 24 months: charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference [preferred] - Driver’s License [required] - RCIS/CCI or ARRT/The American Registry of Radiology Technologists documentation [required]
