Business Risk Program Director

Responsibilities Responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact on Pathward's strategic, operational, financial, or reputational standing. Provide expert guidance to leadership on risk strategy, regulatory compliance, and enterprise resilience. Conduct risk assessments and internal/external partner reviews. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies. Advise leadership on risk-related decisions. Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance. Prepare risk reports and present findings to stakeholders. Leverage data analytics and technology for predictive risk modeling. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience. Master's degree preferred. Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a bachelor’s or equivalent.
