Temp - Charge Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg (Days) Casper WY

This order will have 2 weekend shifts for every 4 week schedule. BLS and ACLS is required!


AZ RESIDENTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ASSIGNMENTS IN ANY ARIZONA FACILITY!

• Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date, or no more than one week later
• RTO must be on the cover page and cannot exceed 7 days. No RTO during the first week of assignment
• Please list all facilities the candidate is willing to work in. Specify facility name(s), states, or all, if open to any facility in any state
• All shifts the candidate is willing to work
• All departments the candidate is experienced and willing to work

All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept. Please let us know immediately if the candidate withdraws or is no longer available.

Requirement description :
• Must have a minimum of 24 months Med/Surg experience (with recent experience in last 12 months) - [REQUIRED]
• Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI - [REQUIRED]
• No hits on state license to practice - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
• RTO cannot exceed 7 days, No RTO during the first week of assignment - [REQUIRED]
• Candidate driver's license to verify residency - [REQUIRED]
• Flu Vaccination: Medical and/or religious exemption forms available upon request. Please include vaccination status in submission notes.
• Travel experience - [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
