Hours Ability to work hourly full time, generally 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays. More/less hours may be required based on weather conditions and project demands. Winter layoff may occur annually. Qualifications Required Authorized to work in the United States. Minimum of at least 18 years of age. Ability to work according to Roloff Construction’s core values: Dependability – show up every day and show up on time. Teamwork – work well with others on your crew and throughout the company. Minimum of one year experience working in an excavator. Physical requirements: Sit for long periods of time. Get out of equipment and assist ground personnel as needed. Climb up and down ladders. Be able to see (naturally or with correction).
