Overview Park Team Member at Kids Empire Join to apply for the Park Team Member role at Kids Empire. OBJECTIVE: Team Members are the initial contact between guests and Kids Empire. They are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any questions or comments that guests may have while present at Kids Empire. Team Members perform many tasks with families and peers throughout the park to ensure guests are having an excellent and safe time at Kids Empire. Responsibilities Attending customers as quickly as possible, greeting them accordingly, and making them feel comfortable in the ambiance of the park. Operating the check-in process by having guests sign the liability waiver and collect guest information (address, name, email address, phone number) using an IPad. Operating the front cash counter: handling the exact bill amount, managing cash flow, processing payments (cash or card), and providing exact change when paid by cash. Verifying billing transactions by cross-checking the amount displayed on the POS. Organizing the refrigerator with drinks, snacks, chips and ice cream. Checking snack inventory and coordinating with management to order snacks from specified vendors to replenish stock. Walking the floor to monitor for unsafe hazards and ensure guests follow park rules, regulations, and guidelines. Cleaning restrooms and sanitizing all park structures (e.g., tables, chairs, playground structures). Assisting and participating in family events and ensuring that events operate efficiently. Other duties assigned. Physical Demands Stand, walk, bend, and twist constantly. Frequent bilateral hand movements. Good finger dexterity. Must be able to work in noisy environments created by guests, such as children yelling and music. Must be able to tolerate a hectic and busy work environment during scheduled hours. Must be comfortable with heights and tight spaces. Qualifications Work weekends and holidays. Able to work with children. Operate an IPad. Good communication skills and customer service skills. Work independently. Read and write in English.
