Relationship BankerWe are seeking an experienced banking professional to fill the role of Relationship Banker. This role will work directly with customers to establish accounts, explain banking products, and ensure a smooth, accurate onboarding experience.Open and maintain new consumer and business accounts (checking, savings, CDs)Assist customers with selecting appropriate banking products based on their needsProcess and manage Certificate of Deposit (CD) accounts, including renewals and changesEnsure all account documentation is accurate and compliant with banking regulationsVerify customer identity and maintain adherence to compliance standardsCross-sell banking products and services when appropriateResolve customer inquiries related to accounts, deposits, and general banking servicesMaintain accurate records and support branch operations as needed3–5+ years of banking experience, preferably in new accounts or retail bankingStrong knowledge of deposit accounts, CDs, and banking operationsFamiliarity with compliance regulationsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to build trust and relationships with customersExperience working in a community or regional bankBackground in cross-selling financial productsProficiency with banking software systemsA professional who is personable, detail-oriented, and dependableSomeone who can confidently guide customers through financial decisionsA team player who thrives in a customer-facing environment
