Credit Solutions Specialist

Responsibilities Managing collection activities on delinquent member accounts Assessing delinquent accounts and determining strategies for collection Collaborating with internal and external partners for account resolution Engaging with members to discuss delinquencies Managing mortgage collections and overseeing repossession processes Representing the Credit Union in bankruptcy proceedings Preparing reports on collection activities for management Requirements High School diploma 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training in financial institutions Comprehensive knowledge of lending operations, products, services, and applicable laws and regulations, including Fair Debt Collection Practices. Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and online research tools. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
