The ideal candidate will have prior experience in civil litigation, with strong research, writing, and case management skills. Responsibilities Handle all phases of civil defense litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and discovery responses Manage case files and maintain regular communication with clients, experts, and opposing counsel Support senior attorneys and participate in strategy meetings and case evaluations Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing 2+ years of civil litigation experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
