Window Treatment Specialist - Part Time

If so, you will fit right in at Olson's Ace Hardware. We are hiring an experienced Window Treatment Specialist, that will work part-time from our Oak Park and Park Ridge locations.


As part of our Design team your focus will be to assist clients in the selection of custom window treatments, wallcoverings, and paint colors/finishes for their home and/or business.


The ideal candidate will have prior interior design experience and solid working knowledge involving Benjamin Moore, Hunter Douglas, Graber and Comfortex. Must be able to work flexible hours and days, including weekends.


Requirements:
• Experience in interior design OR sales for other home improvement/design product lines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to navigate POS system and prepare quotes.
• Schedule appointments for In-Home consultations from daily store traffic.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to drive sales and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Be able to travel to customer's homes for consultations.
• Excellent follow up skills to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.


Pay Range: $17 to $22 an hour
